A new
monthly report from MEPS
The cost of semi finished products is a key element in
establishing mill selling figures for all forms of steel
supplied by re-rollers; particularly in developing countries.
This new
report provides billet prices in seven important steel
producing countries. It also contains bloom and slab selling
values and ex-works pig-iron transaction figures for the main
supplying nations. Comments on iron ore price trends will be
incorporated from November 2011. Steel making raw material
price data from the major consuming and exporting countries
are also included in this
report.
